Logistics, mobilization etc are recognized to play a major role in projects execution. Delays in these activities often have very adverse effects on projects completion.

In every case & for every project, ALIEDAD Co, prepares & executes an extensive plan to make sure that these activities are executed with the highest possible efficiencies. The individual plan usually encompasses both the broad & the details of the project execution steps.

Logistics include transportation of the projects equipments & materials, receipt at the projects site & storage, control of the flow of the equipments & materials according to the progress in the projects implementation etc.

Mobilization include the establishment of site office/s & stores, provision of transport means & heavy equipments, provision of living quarters with full amenities, provision of labor & consumables (in sufficient number, qualities & quantities), execution of all pre-project activities etc.
