Quality

At Aliedad, we have a commitment to quality. We endeavor to provide quality construction solutions at cost effective prices. To us, quality is our name and it is a name we are proud of. In order to ensure that we maintain a high standard of quality, we have a staff of highly qualified QA/QC professionals. Those professionals work closely with the QA/QC personnel of our clients in order to ensure that we meet or exceed the needs of our customers. In order to ensure that we exceed those standards, we have incorporated our quality program into a comprehensive Quality Plan. Our Quality Plan addresses all aspects of our program and is included with our tenders as a means of communicating our commitment to quality.


Safety

The safety of our workers and of all people who come onto our job site is very important to us. In order to ensure that safety of everyone on the project, we have implemented safety practices that we have accumulated through our experience working on projects for the US government. In particular, we make every effort to abide by OSHA Standard that is often required. Practices such as using personal protective equipment like goggles and helmets have helped reduce injury. In addition to safe practices, we have a highly trained safety staff that works closely with our customer counterparts. Finally, in order to ensure that we exceed the standards of safety required to execute our projects successfully, we have incorporated our Safety program into a comprehensive plan that is outlined in our Safety Plan. Our Safety Plan addresses all aspects of our program and is included with our tenders as a means of communicating our commitment to safety.

The procurement activity in our success story in the Iraqi environment is the ability to procure items quickly and to transport them from one place to another safely and efficiently. Aliedad’s approach to ensuring that all of the needed materials are on hand for a particular project is to ensure that we have working relationships with a variety of suppliers. We have long established relationships with suppliers across all industry types in order to meet our project needs. With quality in mind, we make sure that our procurement staff work closely with our quality group in order to ensure that all procurements meet or exceed the quality standards set forth in every scope of work.
